The transport of the articles purchased via the custo-barcelona-store.com webpage will be through the company indicated on the order confirmation which the customer will receive upon making a purchase. The delivery time will be subject to the type of delivery that has been selected and to the country of delivery. To avoid incidents in the delivery (incorrect addresses, inability to find anyone at home etc.), it is essential to correctly complete the corresponding form, it being advisable to complete the telephone contact box.The monitoring of orders can be made via custo-barcelona-store.com or via the website of the operator indicated on the order confirmation, where it will be indicated all the time, in which place the merchandise is to be found until its definitive reception by the client or also by calling the customer service hotline.The price of the transport is calculated depending on the destination country, the garments purchased and the packaging used for the delivery. The exact price of the transport will be calculated to include each article in the shopping basket and will appear on the page that summarises the purchase before the confirmation of the order by means of "Confirm order" and before introducing the credit or debit card information details.

 

RETURNS AND/OR EXCHANGES

Our objective is to ensure that the customer is completely satisfied with the purchase made.

Custo Barcelona Return Policy:

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange the item for another size or another item of equal or lesser value.
  • Exchanges will be made within one month from the date of purchase
    If you cannot find a suitable item to exchange, we will issue a store credit voucher for the total amount of your purchase.
  • This store credit voucher will be valid for 90 days from the date of issue and will only be valid for online purchases

To proceed with the exchange or in order to receive a store credit voucher, you must complete the Return Authorization Form that you will find in the box with the purchased product and enclose it with the returned item.

To exercise your right to exchange or in order to receive a store credit voucher, you have to fullfill the following requeriments:
a) You may not use, wash or damage it.
b) You must keep the original labels.
c) You must return it in the original wrapping

When all of these requirements have been respected, CUSTO-BARCELONA will always exchange the item or issue a store credit voucher for the total amount of the purchased articles. The original costs for the delivery of the order that you received will not be reimbursed and the customer will pay the costs for the return of the items. If your return cannot be accepted due to non-confirmation with the conditions previously indicated, CUSTO BARCELONA will contact you.

In the event that CUSTO-BARCELONA has sent an article different to the one that was ordered by mistake, or the quality of the article is damaged, please contact CUSTO-BARCELONA for the store credit voucher or exchange. In this case, CUSTO BARCELONA shall coordinate the return of any product, once it has been notified of the error or defect. CUSTO BARCELONA shall also pay the respective shipping costs. All the products sold by Custo-Barcelona are provided with a label. We suggest that you try the product without taking the label off, because products that are returned without them will not be accepted

  • Availability of the new article requested will only be confirmed when the returned article is receive by Custo Barcelona, since we are not able to make any article reservation
  • Articles can only be exchanged for another article of the same or lower value than the one returned
